Founders
Urban Impact was founded in 1995 by Pastor Ed and Tammy Glover after they felt a calling to reach youth in their neighborhood — the North Side of Pittsburgh. Over the past 30 years, we have grown to a staff of 45+ missionaries who all reside on the North Side and run programs in Athletics, Education, Performing Arts, and Options. This past year, we reached 2,250 students and 1,133 people gave their lives to Christ during our programs or events.
