Summer Day Camp
The Big Picture: Summer Day Camp is Urban Impact’s longest running program. It have seen many of its students begin as campers, graduate from high school, and then come back to work at the camp! This 8 week camp includes daily math, literacy, and Christian education lessons, as well as field trips, worship, swimming, skills (i.e. dance, cooking, football), and other fun activities. Breakfast and lunch are provided each day.
Venue: Allegheny Center Alliance Church
2017 Dates: Tuesday, June 13 – Thursday, August 3
Age Group: Students entering 1st through 8th grade in Fall 2017
Registration: Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the Union Place Building (801 Union Avenue, PGH, PA 15212), 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. After March 1, during office hours, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Accept cash, check, or money order.
Restrictions: No early registrations are accepted.
Eligibility: In an effort to ensure we are fulfilling our mission to the North Side, registration will be prioritized by participation in UIF programs and North Side zip codes. All campers must attend school in Allegheny County.
